Everything you need to know for your perfect vacation

Villa Cin Cin - Water & Electricity Conservation

Showers and Faucets: Please help us conserve water by not allowing the water to run while washing up or brushing teeth, flush only when necessary, and do your best to take short showers. If you have children, please keep this in mind and explain why conserving our most precious resource is important. Please report any running toilets or dripping faucets to the villa manager immediately. We appreciate your help.

Toilets and Plumbing: We have an eco-friendly, self-contained septic system. For this reason, the septic system is sensitive and too delicate to handle anything out of the ordinary. Please do not flush any foreign objects or personal hygiene products down the toilets, as these items will clog the cistern and interrupt your stay.

Laundry and Dishwasher: Villa Cin Cin has two washers, dryers, and a dishwasher. When doing laundry or using the dishwasher, please conserve water by only running a complete load at a time.

Electricity: The cost of electricity in the US Virgin Islands is roughly 400% to 600% more than the cost on the mainland. Please conserve electricity by shutting all windows and doors while running the air-conditioner. In addition, while you are away from the villa during the day or evening, please shut off the air-conditioner or raise the temperature. Again, please remind teens and children of the importance of this. We can observe Villa Cin Cin's electricity usage on our Tesla app.
