There is only one problem with this villa….it’s so perfect, it’s hard to manufacture reasons to leave. Beautiful, gorgeous house. The views are incredible. The property manager is unbelievably detailed, sweet, big-hearted, and there for every little issue and does it with a big smile, such lovely people, from managers to owners. The house manager was easy to communicate with. I spoke with the owner several times before our trip. She spoke to me like we were old friends. A dreamy time on Ditliff We had a fabulous time at Villa Cin Cin. We have been coming to St John for the last 20 years, and have rented many different villas, in Peter Bay, Chocolate Hole, Gift Hill and Coral Bay. Villa Cin Cin is the most amazing villa that we have every stayed at. It had it all: full A/C, pool and hot tub, sleeper sofas in all bedrooms, TVs in all bedrooms, an amazing kitchen and huge table for our clan of 12, and beach access just down the road. Ditliff point is so special, with almost 360 views and privacy. Christine, the owner, reached out to me via telephone at booking, and again closer to the time of our stay. She was an amazing host and a wealth of knowledge about the island. Crystal was great and always very responsive when we had questions. My husband, niece and I are runners, and loved running in Fish Bay- less traffic and less hilly than most other places we have ran in St John. The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. Paradise Found on Ditleff Point Luxury and perfection = Villa Cin Cin!! A 10 star property!! We had the most delightful vacation with our 13 children and grandchildren and hated to leave! Villa Cin Cin is so impressive with its 5 master bedrooms with each having the most comfortable bed ever! 5 of the 7 baths had both an indoor and outdoor shower. Fun under the sensational stars! Each had a private veranda. We were enthralled with the magical sun rises and sunsets from every room! I was in amazement as I kept exploring and finding so many incredible features and even two laundry rooms. The design layout, Restoration Hardware furnishings, beautiful architecture, dazzling infinity pool, hot tub , fun game room and huge outdoor veranda with the bar were some of the outstanding features that we all loved! The attention to every detail was overwhelming! I can't even imagine finding a Villa on St John that even compares! We had a private beach with excellent snorkeling only a short walk away. We stood in the pool overlooking Cruz Bay and watched the kids play on the beach. I really cannot say enough wonderful words about this gorgeous NEW villa! We will definitely be back! The owner, beautiful sweet Christina Fano walked us through the reservation process and was so patient and kind the whole way! We were so appreciative of the delicious hot lasagna dinner she had prepared for us when we arrived! It was just perfect and the right generous portions. Villa Cin Cin is well worth the cost! St. John Spring Break 2022 14 people: beautiful property in a beautiful place 14 of us, who regularly travel together, stayed at Cin Cin for a week, the youngest guest was 16. The house is just as advertised and is beautiful. The view from the house is gorgeous. The private beach is accessible by walking and the snorkeling in the private beach hours upon arriving yielded turtles, squid, fish etc. The house has everything we needed for meals, it seems they've thought of all the things you might need. Crystal the property manager was available when we had a question. Christine, the owner, the details provided, while there were many, they were helpful to know ahead of time. The pool and hot tub were leveraged a lot. The kids used the game room. We pulled outside tables together and played games (lots of games at Cin Cin) and catered a meal. House was quiet, we didn't hear a neighbor and we never heard the young adults and teenagers. Privacy was great. Streaming NCAA worked great, using the SONOS was easy. A Dream Come True This was our first trip to St. John and the Virgin Islands. From Christine's delicious Welcome dinner on our first night to the last, we were treated like royalty. The views of the National Park were none that we have seen before. Doing yoga every morning overlooking the sea and mountains was incredible. Snorkeling every day, sipping coffee and cocktails on our private balcony, beach time; everyday was different and an adventure. Villa Cin Cin is a magical place on a magical island. 5 star plus more WOW What an amazing compound! My wife and I had been to St. John's many times before and thought it would be a good idea to celebrate my 60th birthday by sharing this special island with our four children and significant others and my grandson. Cin Cin exceeded our expectations, the location of the home in the gated community of Ditleff Point allows for 360 degree water views, with stunning sunsets and sundowns and all day sun in pool area. The layout of the home, design, furnishings are A++- this home should be featured in Architectural Design Magazine. Additionally, having a private beach steps away where we had paddle boards and kayaks and great snorkeling put this place over the top. We had a private chef prepare a couple of dinners which allowed us to enjoy the evenings under the stars- the home also has an amazing observation deck where we would sit after dinner to take in the Milky Way.
