The home is incredible. Everything went perfectly. The Villa is one of the best homes we have ever stayed at. The Host Crystal is the best host we have ever had. Knowing the local information, restaurants, beaches, the whole island vibe, everything. She is from there and understands what the island can offer. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you will need. Property is 5 Star. Location is awesome. You can watch the sunrise to the east and the sunset to the west. We ADORED our stay at Villa Cin Cin! Look no further for the perfect place to host your next family trip or friends getaway in paradise. Everything about this villa is amazing from the bedrooms to the outdoor showers (!) to the kitchen area (that had everything you could ever need) and then of course the infinity pool where we spent most of our time. Cin Cin is the only real luxury villa on St. John. Many villas will say they are luxury, but I promise you that NOTHING compares to Cin Cin. We read about Town and Country Magazine rating, and we decided to stay on land at this spectacular villa for our second week in St. John after a week on our chartered yacht. We have stayed at the Ritz in St. Thomas and homes on Peter Bay over the years but this house blows them all away in terms of luxury, comfort, views, quietness, and sandy beach. This beach has a reef just yards away from the beach. There was not one day where we did not have the beach all to ourselves and saw multiple turtles, spotted eagle rays, and tons of fish. We barely went to the north shore. If you want the best, most exclusive villa close to the restaurants, with the most luxury, Villa Cin Cin is it. The staff gave us privacy and were extremely hospitable. The owners were so attentive from the first moment I called to inquire to the end of our stay. Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. Villa Cin Cin was the perfect location to celebrate my 50th birthday! The host and house manager are incredible and help with any questions and recommendations. The kitchen has everything you need and is a great setup for short-term rental guests. Every room in a primary room has an en suite bathroom and outdoor showers. The beach is easily accessible and feels very private. The highlight of the house is definitely the outdoor area- pool, spa, and THAT VIEW!! We can’t wait to go back!!!! Read More...

This house was amazing for our family of six (3 adult couples), but could have easily accommodated more. The bedrooms and family living space are all completely separate, so you get the perfect mix of privacy and social interaction. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking meals at home, which we preferred. The views are as stunning as they look in pictures. Our family of 11 (ages 10–74) spent Christmas at Villa Cin Cin, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and how beautifully the villa blends into the natural surroundings of St. John.The layout was ideal for our large, multi-generational group. Each family had their own private space, while the main house made it easy to come together for meals, pool and hot tub time, and evenings together. The open, airy living areas were filled with natural light and made relaxing as a group effortless.The property is stunning and meticulously maintained, with gorgeous water views from every angle. Direct access to a private beach was a true luxury and made the villa feel peaceful and secluded.The home was fully equipped for a large group, including a well-stocked kitchen and convenient laundry facilities. Communication was excellent from start to finish, including great communication directly with the owner, which made planning and arrival seamless. The welcome dinner provided upon arrival truly hit the spot after a long day of travel and was such a thoughtful touch.A special thank you to Crystal, the house manager, who went above and beyond.
